From the date you receive your FORTHESTR33TS order, you have 14 days to try it on, check the fit, feel the quality, and decide if it’s right for you.

If for any reason you're not fully satisfied, you can return it for a full refund—no questions asked.

Easy Returns Process

Returning your item(s) is simple:

  1. Contact Us – Email our customer service team at returns@forthestr33ts.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

  2. Receive Instructions – We’ll send you return instructions along with a return authorization.

  3. Ship It Back – Securely package your item(s) and send them back using the instructions provided.

  4. Get Your Refund – Once we receive your return, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • All FORTHESTR33TS streetwear purchased directly from our website

  • Returns requested within 14 days of the delivery date

What We Need From You

  • Items must be in resalable condition (gently tried on is acceptable)

  • Original packaging is preferred but not required

  • Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email)

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your protection

  • FORTHESTR33TS is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping

Refund Processing

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Allow 5–7 business days after we receive your return for processing

  • You’ll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued

Important Notes

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned if:

  • Protective packaging or hygiene seals have been removed or damaged (if applicable)

  • The item shows signs of misuse, damage, or excessive wear beyond normal trying-on

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you want a different size or item, simply return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately at support@forthestr33ts.com.
We’ll arrange a free replacement or full refund—this is separate from the standard 14-day return policy.
